Episode #219 Will my camera float? And Kev’s in an Amazon Frenzy!
Neale is still considering whether to douse a Fujifilm camera in a bucket of water to test its water resistance, whilst Kev is keen to put anything with an Apple logo into that same bucket.
We talk about Fujifilm making a film camera; is there a market? We discuss the possibility of the public now hiding from street photographers, favourite photographer documentaries and BEST value camera bags; it seems Kev may be responsible for Mr. Bezos’s fleet of yachts!
Guest of the Week
Our archive guest this week is Lucy Hamidzadeh. In her own words…. “For me, photography and writing are not just about capturing or scribbling down a moment. It’s about the freedom I have to make something unique when I pick up my camera or my pen and notebook. It’s about tapping into my vision, expressing myself and using my imagination. I want to evoke a feeling, whether that’s visually through a photo or through written words. I want to draw you in, I want to grab your attention, and I want to tell you a story.”
